

President's Message
As President and founder of The Passion Group, and its youth marketing division, Intercollegiate Communications (established in 1983 in New York), I originally had an idea to start a small publishing company creating branded promotional and advertising materials distributed nationwide for the youth market. In 1987, understanding and recognizing the needs of my clients, I created a "Special Events Division" and took the company in a new direction as the demand for event marketing and management services grew. In a short period of time, I grew the business to encompass nationwide event marketing programs for the general marketplace, Fortune 100 companies and the military. Through our collective innovative thinking and teaming relationships, we were an integral part of the creation of Daimler Chrysler's event division targeted to the youth market, military and general markets. Shortly after the company moved to New Jersey, we created the Collegiate Health and Fitness Tour in the fall of 1993, which became the largest on-campus event in the history of college marketing reaching over 3,000,000 students and 100 campuses annually. Additional programs have included the representation of all branches of the military with the assistance in recruiting, retention and attrition management; as well as other client activations including major national concerts, ride & drive programs, sporting and lifestyle events, as well as many others; producing over 100 events yearly.In the summer of 2008, we moved our corporate offices to a state of the art facility in Asbury Park, New Jersey (home of some of the greatest rock and roll stars); where we expanded our corporate initiates as well as introduced a retail entertainment division. During the current economic conditions, the true test of a company is who will make it through these challenging times and I know that only the strongest and most determined companies will survive. This makes out organization even more valuable in our expanding fields of expertise. I would like to thank our loyal clients, many of whom have been with the company since my first project in 1983. Our success and development is largely based on their program retention and continued support and confidence as well as our ability to learn and grow with the changing times.
